The hotel had a fantastic rooftop restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious sushi dinner with stunning views of the waterfront. The room suited our needs perfectly and was comfortable for our family. Plus, the breakfast selection was impressive with plenty of options for everyone.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly recreational facilities available, especially indoors during rainy days.

Exceptional location next to public transport made exploring easy, and the view from the junior suite was stunning. The sky bar offered a lovely ambiance, but it could benefit from more attentive service during busy times. Unfortunately, during breakfast, the queues were an inconvenience, and the restaurant experience varied significantly between visits.

We had a lovely time during our 4-night stay, enjoying the spacious room and the delicious breakfast options like fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets. The sauna was a great place to unwind, and the rooftop bar offered spectacular views for evening drinks. Only downside was a little luggage mix-up at check-in, but it was handled quickly and didn't take away from our experience. 😊

Sky Bar with scenic views, Indoor pool with spa services, Convenient location next to shopping center
Inconsistent water temperature in showers!!! The elevators are painfully slow and small, which reaches peak frustration during busy moments!!! Overall, the hotel feels a bit run down, with some wear and tear visible in the rooms!!!

excellent access to parks and shopping in lisbon
I was so pleased with my stay, especially since the breakfast was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make my time unforgettable, even surprising me with a chilled bottle of champagne for my son's birthday, which felt like a really thoughtful touch. plus, you can easily stroll to the Oceanario de Lisboa in just over a kilometer and wander around the beautiful Jardim Garcia de Orta that's only about a 10-minute walk away for a lovely park view.

The sky bar was an awesome spot to unwind, and we loved the modern rooms. Breakfast was solid, and the metro access made exploring so easy. Definitely check out the shopping center across the street!
The only bummer was that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were more liquid than scrambled one morning.
